In 1998 Cadillac took home three merit awards for ‘Best Single Family Detached Home under 1500 sq. ft.’ , ‘Best Low–rise Multi–family Project’ and ‘Excellence in Land Development and Landscape Design in a Multi–family Dwelling’. 1999 included a Gold C.A.R.E. Award for best interior design in a single family home and 2000 brought us a merit award for the best single family over 3000 sq. ft. for a 2 million dollar waterfront home in Victoria. In 2001 the municipality of Saanich recognized our environmental effort at Willowbrook when the environmental advisory committee presented Cadillac with the ‘Saanich Environmental Award'. In 2002, Cadillac won a pair of silver C.A.R.E. awards for ‘Project Of The Year’ and ‘Environmental and Revitalization Achievement’.

In 1993, Cam was elected President of the Victoria Home Builders Association. Cadillac has been recognized both locally and provincially for building in excellence. In 1990 the Provincial Housing Awards recognized Cadillac as building the ‘Best Single Family Home priced over $250,000’ province wide. Cadillac’s achievements were recognized in 1993 when the Victoria Home Builders Association presented the Gold C.A.R.E. Award (Construction Achievements and Renovations Excellence) for Cadillac’s Daffodil Lane Project; then again in 1996 winning the best multi family project on Vancouver Island for "Stoneridge Place" in Duncan. In 1997 Cadillac won the best single family detached home on Vancouver Island for the Kingscote Road Project in Cobble Hill, a merit award for 'Excellence in Customer Service by a Builder’ and two more merits for ‘best kitchen design’ and ‘best low – rise multi family development’ for Westridge Plateau.

Additional awards include 'Best Interior - Residential', 'Best Bathroom', and Silver C.A.R.E. Awards for 'Best New Subdivision' and 'Best Multi-family/Mixed-use development.
